For example, while tapping the Side of the Hand, state: “Even though I’m nervous meeting new people, I deeply and completely accept myself.” 

3. Tap on the Meridian Points: Start tapping on the specific meridian points: the top of the head, inner eyebrow, side of the eye/temple, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, and side of the hand. As you tap each point, repeat a relevant affirmation or statement that acknowledges and addresses the emotions or beliefs you want to release.
